How refunds and digital downloads are handled

For digital products, access or download may begin immediately after successful payment. Once a digital file has been delivered or accessed, refunds may be limited except where required by applicable law or where the file is defective or materially different from its description.

If a payment is duplicated or a purchased file cannot be accessed because of a technical issue, contact Digital Solution Point with the transaction details so the issue can be reviewed.

Service-assistance charges relate to work performed by Digital Solution Point and are separate from government, bank, insurer, examination or portal fees where applicable.
