2. Government, CSC and certificate-related assistance

Digital Solution Point can help with form preparation, document checking, online submission and related assistance where the service is available. Verification, eligibility, approval, rejection, certificate issuance, processing time and final decisions remain with the concerned department or authority.

Information about document requirements is provided as preparation guidance. Official requirements, fees, portal procedures and deadlines can change without notice. Confirm current requirements with the relevant authority when accuracy is critical.

3. Aadhaar assistance

Aadhaar assistance at Digital Solution Point is limited to download and print assistance. Aadhaar enrolment, demographic update and biometric update services are not offered here.

For Aadhaar services outside this scope, use an authorised Aadhaar centre or the relevant official channel.

4. Banking and Airtel Payments Bank assistance

Digital Solution Point may provide Airtel Payments Bank related assistance at the service point where applicable. Account opening, KYC acceptance, transaction limits, service availability, charges, eligibility, account status, settlement and other banking decisions remain subject to the bank's rules and systems.

Never share ATM PINs, UPI PINs, OTPs, internet-banking passwords or other secret credentials with Digital Solution Point or through website utility tools.

5. Insurance assistance

Digital Solution Point may assist with insurance enquiries, proposals or policy-related processes for products that are available through the relevant insurer or authorised channel.

Premiums, policy wording, exclusions, eligibility, underwriting, policy issuance, renewals, claim assessment and claim settlement are determined by the insurer. Website summaries or verbal explanations do not replace the insurer's official policy document, schedule or terms.

6. Education, admission, scholarship and examination information

Education, admission, scholarship and examination information may change according to the relevant school, board, institution, portal or scheme.
