Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Digital Solution Point handles information when you use this website, contact us, use browser-based utility tools, or ask us to assist with a service.

Service assistanceWe use only the information needed for the work you request.

1. Scope of this policy

This policy applies to the Digital Solution Point website at cscdsp.shop, browser-based utility tools provided on the site, and information you provide directly to Digital Solution Point when asking for service assistance.

Digital Solution Point is an independent local service point. Government departments, banks, insurers, educational institutions, WhatsApp and other third-party services have their own privacy policies and responsibilities.

2. Information you may choose to provide

Depending on the service you request, you may provide information such as your name, phone number, email address, address, application details, education details, business details, or documents needed to complete the requested work.

If you contact us by WhatsApp, phone, email or in person, the information you send is used to respond to your enquiry and provide the assistance you request.

If you submit website feedback or a review, we may collect your name, star rating and comment, plus an email address and locality/address only if you choose to provide them. Review submissions are held for moderation and are not published automatically.

Never send passwords, OTPs, UPI PINs, ATM PINs, card PINs, internet-banking passwords or other secret credentials. Digital Solution Point does not need these secrets to provide normal assistance.

3. Browser-based utility tools

Several utility tools on this website are designed to work directly in your browser. Depending on the tool, information may be processed on your device to create previews, calculations or printable documents.

  • Drafts and recent calculations: some tools use browser localStorage so a draft or recent result can remain available on the same device and browser.
  • Images and signatures: supported photo, logo and signature inputs are designed to be processed in the browser for preview or document generation and are not intentionally saved to the WordPress database by these builders.
  • Print / Save PDF: printable documents are generated through your browser's print workflow.
  • Clearing local data: use a tool's Reset, Clear Draft or Clear History control where available, or clear site data in your browser.

Do not use utility tools for passwords, OTPs, PINs, card details or other secret credentials.

4. How information is used

Information provided directly to Digital Solution Point may be used to:

  • respond to enquiries and explain service requirements;
  • prepare documents, forms or applications requested by you;
  • submit information to a portal or service provider when you ask us to do so;
  • provide customer support and correct mistakes in work being prepared;
  • moderate feedback or reviews and publish approved review content; optional email addresses are used for administration and are not intended to be displayed publicly;
  • maintain records that are reasonably required for the service, accounting, dispute resolution or applicable legal obligations; and
  • protect the website and service point from misuse, fraud or security incidents.

5. When information may be shared

When necessary to perform the service you request, information may be submitted to or viewed through relevant third parties such as government portals, banks, insurers, educational institutions, examination bodies or other service providers. The information shared should be limited to what is needed for the requested service.

Approved review content may be displayed publicly on this website. Where a review includes an optional locality/address, only information intended for public display should be published; optional email addresses are kept out of the public review output.

The website also uses hosting, caching, security and WordPress infrastructure. These systems may process technical information such as IP address, browser/device information, timestamps and request logs as part of normal website delivery, performance and security.

Links to WhatsApp, merchants, hosting providers, affiliate/referral partners or other external websites take you to services controlled by those organisations. Their privacy terms apply after you leave this website or interact with their service.

6. Cookies and local device storage

WordPress, hosting, caching or security components may use cookies or similar technical storage where needed for site operation, administration, performance or security. Public account registration is not currently enabled on this website.

Separately, some utility tools use local browser storage for drafts or recent calculations. Local browser storage is device/browser-specific and is not the same as cloud storage.

7. Sensitive documents, Aadhaar and student information

Only provide identity documents or other sensitive information when it is genuinely required for the service you request. Avoid sending unnecessary copies of documents through chat or email.

Aadhaar assistance at Digital Solution Point is limited to download and print assistance. Aadhaar enrolment or demographic/biometric update services are not offered here.

If you provide information for a child or student, provide only what is necessary and do so as a parent/guardian or with appropriate authority where applicable.

8. How long information is kept

Digital Solution Point aims to keep directly provided information only for as long as reasonably necessary to complete the requested work, resolve support issues, maintain required business records, or meet applicable legal and accounting obligations.

Information stored in your browser by utility tools can remain until you reset the tool, clear the relevant browser data, or the browser/device removes it.

9. Security

Reasonable steps are used to limit unnecessary collection and protect information used for service assistance. However, no website, messaging service or internet transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

You can reduce risk by sharing only what is needed, checking the recipient before sending documents, and never sharing passwords, OTPs or PINs.

10. Your choices and requests

You may contact Digital Solution Point to ask about personal information you provided directly to us, request correction of inaccurate details, or ask whether information can be deleted when it is no longer required for an active service, record-keeping obligation or other lawful reason.

For browser-based utility tools, use the available Reset, Clear Draft or Clear History controls where provided. You may also clear site data through your browser settings.

12. Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated when website features, service practices or applicable requirements change. The latest version will be published on this page with an updated date.
